Elton Taylor is the founder and owner of Taylor’s Driving School.  

A passion for driver training with both learners and instructors, with client centred learning, is at the core of everything that Elton and Taylor’s Driving & Instructor school is about.

His most recent Check test score taken last year was a perfect 51!  Elton also recently received a near perfect score on his inspection to be an ORDIT (Official register of driving Instructor Trainers) registered Instructor trainer, and is qualified and registered to provide training for Parts 1, 2 and 3 of the ADI (Approved Driving Instructor) qualification.

Other training that Elton has undertaken:

· Pearson SRF BTEC 4 Professional Award in coaching for Driver Development

· Tri-coaching ‘Train the Trainer’ course.

Instructor Training;

At Taylor’s Driving we use the Tri-coaching Instructor training course which embraces the most up to date educational approaches and ensures that you will have the best possible chance of passing the DVSA driving instructor exams part 1, part 2 and part 3, providing you put in the time and the effort. We will support you throughout the driving instructor training.

The course consists of three elements:

 

·       online ADI training

 

·       practical in car driving instructor training

 

·       a self-development driving instructor training program. The in-car element is delivered by Elton.
