I was extremely lucky in having Dean as an instructor. He adapts his teaching style based on the student. From the very first lesson, he was thoughtful about my skills and gave balanced feedback on what I was doing well and where I needed to improve more, including mock tests which was very critical in the run up to the practical exam. His lessons were comprehensive covering all aspects of driving. When there was a gap in any particular skill, we would dedicate a session to help master the specific area (e.g., Hill Start, Meeting Traffic, Turning right at Junctions, Manoeuvres, etc.). The manner of his teaching was easy to grasp and stayed with me, helping me to improve my skills, build confidence & stay calm as a learner driver while navigating through the busy London traffic. My instructor Justyna is so lovely with amazing teaching skills! She was always kind, professional, consistently punctual, very friendly and highly approachable. She tailors the lessons to the learner needs and incorporates teaching methods that work best for the leaner. I passed my driving test on the first attempt with Dean as my instructor at Taylor’s driving school. I am from India with an Indian driving license and had a driving license in the US as well but needed to get a British license. I took 9 classes with Dean and passed my exam with ease. Dean is an incredible instructor with incredible knowledge of the rules and a fantastic system. He takes the time and patience to understand the strengths and weaknesses of his students and adapt his classes accordingly. Dean has very high standards and by the end of it you won’t just pass your test comfortably but you’ll be a very safe driver. On logistical points, Dean is very organized and flexible. I had my lessons with Justyna. Such a nice, professional, well trained and educated instructor. She knows what she is doing really. I was too lucky to find Taylor’s school and Justyna in particular, from the first contact she is very professional, committed, consistent, was clear from the early beginning in my taster lesson with the plan for my learning, figured out ways to work on my weaknesses and fixed them. Always positive and encouraging unlike other instructors I have had bad experiences in the past. I was so pleased to have her on the personal level. Many of my mistakes before with other instructors were not analyzed the way she did to help me understand what is the reason for my mistakes and what is the best way to fix them. The whole experience no matter what are the results is really pleasant. I looked forward to the next lesson every single lesson.
