Terms and Conditions
Taylor’s Driving School agrees to provide driving tuition in accordance with the standards and code of conduct set out by the DVSA (Driver & Vehicle Standards Agency) and will carry out its obligations in line with recognized codes of practice and relevant statutory requirements.
Tuition is provided at the hourly rate agreed by both parties at the commencement of lessons, according to the pricing structure selected.
The Client is offered the opportunity to take a trial lesson, after which they may decide to either continue lessons with the Instructor or not proceed further, without any obligation.
All lessons are a minimum of two (2) hours in duration.
While Taylor’s Driving School reserves the right to refuse tuition in certain circumstances, it will not act in any way that contravenes anti-discrimination legislation.
Taylor’s Driving School reserves the right to withhold the school’s car for a driving test if, in the professional opinion of the Instructor, the required level of competency has not been attained.
Lessons must be confirmed by the Client within 12 hours of receiving information from the Instructor about an available slot. The Instructor reserves the right to offer the slot to another student if no response is received within this timeframe.
Taylor’s Driving School and its Instructors cannot guarantee the number of lessons required for a Client to reach the necessary level of competency to drive independently and safely. Each Client is treated as an individual, and the time required to reach competency depends on the Client’s personal abilities, as well as factors such as self-study, lesson frequency, and overall learning progress.
